Relationship Manager - Credvest Circle Experience: 1–2 years Freshers: Candidates with relevant internships may apply Location: Bengaluru Department: Credvest Circle / Group Pre-Sales & Community About Credvest Circle Credvest Circle is the relationship and community engine of Credvest Group. The objective is to build long-term relationships with customers, prospects, referrers and business networks, and connect them with relevant opportunities across the Credvest Group. Credvest operates across multiple verticals including Real Estate, Investments, Interiors and Hospitality. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary relationship point for Circle members, understanding their current and future requirements and connecting them with the right team within the Group. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with Credvest Circle members. • Regularly connect with existing customers, prospects, referrers and network partners. • Understand members' current and future requirements. • Maintain consistent and meaningful follow-ups. • Act as a single relationship point for members across Credvest Group. Lead Qualification & Opportunity Identification • Speak with existing and potential members to understand their requirements. • Identify opportunities across Real Estate, Investments, Interiors and Hospitality. • Qualify opportunities and connect them with the relevant Credvest business. • Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the respective team. Lead Revival • Reconnect with lost, dormant and older leads. • Understand why the original requirement did not convert. • Explore current or future requirements. • Identify whether the member may have a requirement across another Credvest business.
