About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Relationship Executive to join our team. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional service. You will play a vital role in promoting client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen ability to understand and meet client expectations. Responsibilities: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate and timely information. Understand clients' goals, objectives, and requirements to provide tailored solutions and effectively address their needs. Conduct regular kitchen audits at vendor places, discuss opportunities, and identify areas for improvement or expansion. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Freshers can also apply. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address client concerns and resolve conflicts. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the industry or market trends related to the organization's products or services is desirable.
