Job Description: Talent Acquisition Associate Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1-3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary within approved budgets and facilitate offer rollouts. Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS or recruitment tracker. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Stay updated on market trends and sourcing strategies. Required Skills Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Apna, JobHai, and other sourcing platforms. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
