Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Associate at CHN Technologies Private limited

Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers and operational teams to understand manpower requirements for the roles. Devise and implement sourcing strategies focused on field hiring-local market reach-out, referrals, job fairs, and community networks. Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, and local talent hubs to attract potential candidates. Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, telephonic screening, field interviews, salary discussions, and final selection. Prepare role-specific job descriptions and interview questions suitable for field-level positions. Source candidates using online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, walk-ins, and on-ground sourcing. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate interest level, communication, attitude, and suitability for the roles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups. Collect and verify candidate documents, handle offer communication, and negotiate salary within given budgets. Requirements: 1 - 3 Years experienced Experience in BFSI, FMCGand Manufacturing hiring are preferred Multi lingual candidates have added advantage
