About this role
Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities. Source candidates through suitable channels, professional networks, databases, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen applications, conduct initial discussions, assess suitability, and coordinate interviews through the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records, provide timely status updates, and support offer and joining coordination. Build and nurture talent pipelines while keeping stakeholders informed about market availability and hiring progress. Represent the organization professionally and ensure clear, respectful communication with candidates at every stage. Requirements Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, consulting, or a related hiring function. Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment. Sound judgment while evaluating profiles and a practical understanding of sourcing and selection methods. Professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a candidate-focused approach.
