Responsibilities Source, screen, engage, and follow up with U.S. healthcare candidates. Conduct candidate conversations and interviews with confidence and professionalism. Explain job opportunities, benefits, career pathways, and recruitment processes clearly. Learn and apply U.S. healthcare staffing terminology, workflows, and candidate engagement practices. Maintain accurate communication and follow-up records throughout the recruitment cycle. Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Confidence speaking with international candidates and willingness to learn. Fresh nursing or healthcare graduates and entry-level healthcare professionals may apply. Comfort working onsite in Worli, Mumbai, on a permanent Monday-to-Friday night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Experience is not required; this role includes hands-on training from the first day. Compensation: ₹20,000 per month guaranteed from Day 1 of training, along with performance-based incentives.
