This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic sales environment. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, managing a diverse portfolio of leads. Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and effectively present real estate projects. Actively generate new leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and drive successful conversions. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Prior sales experience is preferred, but freshers with a strong drive to succeed are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. Demonstrated abilities in convincing, negotiation, and diligent follow-up.
