Real Estate Associate at White Stone Global LLP

Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers. Explain project features, pricing, and benefits using approved scripts. Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM/system. Follow up with leads and schedule site visits. Maintain a minimum of 3 hours of talk time daily. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling. Maintain professional communication with customers at all times. Requirements: Education: 12th Pass. Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Sales/Telecalling experience preferred). Gender: Female. Age: Up to 25 years. Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Team player with good interpersonal skills.
