About Radiance, IIT Bombay: Radiance is the annual research and technological festival of the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. To provide a platform for budding researchers, innovators, and technocrats so that they can experiment with their knowledge and explore the fields of engineering , Radiance organizes technical competitions, research paper presentations, lectures, workshops, and numerous exhibitions. Our audience is mainly constituted of the student community currently studying engineering. Radiance is entirely managed by students of IIT Bombay with a three-tier team structure. The core committee consists of 16 members comprising 2 Overall Coordinators at the helm and 14 Managers. About the CA Program: The CA Program is the backbone of Radiance. We at Radiance aspire to reach out to college students across the globe to spark their interest in Research and Engineering fields and provide them a platform to pursue the same. The CA Program helps us realize this vision. Here, the CAs build a network of students from many Indian and international colleges and learn about social media and marketing. They are rewarded for fulfilling their responsibilities and motivated to strive to improve their skills continually. As Radiance makes a comeback after two years, the role of the CAs is more crucial than ever before, and this is an excellent opportunity for us all to work together and make this edition of Radiance a grand success.
