Responsibilities Prepare accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates based on architectural and engineering drawings. Conduct site measurements, inspect on-going construction works, and verify contractor claims and payment applications. Monitor project expenditures against allocated budgets and identify potential cost overruns early. Manage procurement documentation, tender submissions, and vendor contract negotiations. Collaborate closely with site engineers, architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution within budget. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 1-5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or real estate industry. Proficiency in cost estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and reading structural/architectural drawings. Familiarity with industry estimation tools, AutoCAD, and advanced MS Excel. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
