Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) across all operational areas. Design and execute detailed test cases to ensure product integrity and performance. Conduct thorough quality control (QC) checks at various stages of production and development. Perform detailed quality inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from standards. Ensure adherence to Quality Management (ISO 9001) standards and best practices. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation of all quality assurance activities, findings, and resolutions. Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance overall product quality and efficiency. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality engineering. Contribute to a culture of quality throughout the organization. Requirements: Basic Computer skill like MS Office Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Control (QC) principles and methodologies are expected. Experience with Quality Inspection techniques is necessary for meticulous product assessment and defect identification related heavy machineries. Knowledge of Quality Management (ISO 9001) standards is crucial for ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
