Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify product dimensions. Prepare and maintain quality documentation (inspection reports, checklists, and logs). Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/TS requirements, and customer specifications. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects. Report non-conformities and recommend process improvements. Requirements Graduate with an engineering background in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 0 to 3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing (freshers may also apply). Familiarity with quality tools, standards, and inspection techniques. Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and effective communication skills. Candidates should be freshers or have up to 3 years of experience.
