Create detailed and well-organized test plans and test cases. Calculate, prioritize, organize, and plan testing activities effectively. Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools. Find, record, meticulously document, and track bugs. Perform detailed re-testing of new code after bug fixes. Develop and implement testing procedures for both new and existing products. Determine system requirements and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Track the outcomes of the debugging process. Understand the root causes of non-conforming software and educate users on implementing fixes. Track quality control metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. Stay updated on new testing techniques and technologies. Requirements We are looking for candidates with experience in QA software testing, preferably within the technology industry. A strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools is essential. Experience with IVR skill sets or Callcenter technology will be considered an added advantage.
