The role will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that required goods and services are sourced on time, at appropriate quality standards, and within approved budgets. This opportunity is open across industries and offers a structured environment for professionals with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Coordinate purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, documentation, and order status. Compare supplier proposals and maintain accurate records of rates, terms, and procurement transactions. Collaborate with finance, warehouse, operations, and requesting teams to resolve discrepancies and delays. Track pending orders, support invoice and goods-receipt reconciliation, and prepare regular procurement updates. Maintain organized vendor and purchasing documentation while following internal approval and compliance processes. Requirements: 1 to 4 years of experience in purchase coordination, procurement, supply chain, or a related operational role. Strong follow-up, vendor communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, purchase documentation, and basic inventory or order tracking. Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced workplace. Sound communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach to resolving issues. Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mumbai.
