Responsibilities of the Intern: Working with the founder and the various teams within the organization to identify tribal communities and curate content for social media Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to promote. Write and distribute press releases and other communications materials to the media and other stakeholders. Effectively engage with the community and build up network and engagement for the organization Manage the organization's LinkedIn account Requirements: Currently in college, university working towards a diploma or graduate degree Should have prior work experience in the media Access to a computer or laptop Good internet connection Keep up with the latest trends Passionate about education, indigenous community and organization You are: Able to work with different stakeholders to assess potential risks Able to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations Able to have high-level written and verbal communication skills You will learn: Project management, creative content creation, marketing tools Researching and analyzing target audiences and media outlets Strategy implementation and performance measurement In addition to practical skills and valuable life experience, you will also receive a letter of recommendation.
