One Oath is hiring for the role of Psychology R&D Intern! One Oath is seeking a highly motivated Psychology R&D Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about psychology and research to contribute to the development of personality traits assessment tools. As an intern, you will work closely with our research team to conduct studies, gather data, analyze results, and contribute to the creation of innovative personality assessment instruments. This position is unpaid but offers invaluable hands-on experience and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the field of psychology. Duration: 3-6 Months Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist the research team in conducting literature reviews to gather relevant information on personality traits and assessment methods Collaborate with senior researchers to design and develop new personality assessment tools Participate in data collection activities, which may include conducting surveys, interviews, and experiments Assist in the organization and analysis of collected data using statistical software or other relevant tools Contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychology research and assessment methodologies Provide support in maintaining research documentation and data integrity Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to ongoing projects Assist in the preparation of research proposals and grant applications, if applicable Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology or a related field Strong interest in personality psychology and understanding of various personality traits models (e.g., Big Five, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, etc.). Knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques Proficiency in using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is a plus Exc
