Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist professionals: Assist during classroom sessions and individual counselling sessions. Assessments: Help in administering, collecting, and analyzing psychological assessments, including reviewing and interpreting qualitative data. Program implementation: Contribute to the smooth execution of the mental health program in schools, ensuring effective coordination and participation. Technology & logistics: Provide support with scheduling, documentation, data entry, and content creation Communication & outreach: Contribute to awareness campaigns and other communication efforts aligned with the NGO's mission. Team collaboration: Work closely with the program team, attend meetings, participate in training sessions, and take initiative in ongoing projects. About Company: SBC3 is a Section 8 (non-profit) public company focused on developing and implementing social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) programs. It is a UNICEF partner organization and collaborates with UNICEF and the Government of Maharashtra. SBC3 runs several initiatives aimed at addressing critical social issues. Some Of The Major Projects Include Saksham - This program is developed in partnership with UNICEF Maharashtra and the Department of Women and Child Development (DWCD), Government of Maharashtra, which focuses on ending child marriages and includes significant adolescent empowerment and gender-transformative program components. ENERGETIX was created 8 years ago as a preventive, holistic, research-based adolescent mental health program. The program has supported thousands of students in Mumbai, focusing on their mental health.
