Requirements Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in Project Sales/Institutional Sales, preferably within the paints industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Bhubaneswar, Patna, Ranchi, Guwahati). A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
