Project Manager - Residential Interiors at Decorpot

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and execute residential interior projects from start to finish. Plan project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Estimation, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines while maintaining quality standards. Handle client communication and resolve escalations effectively. Monitor site progress and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Review quotations, billing, and material requirements. Ensure compliance with design specifications and technical standards. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Preferred). 1-4 years of experience in residential interior project execution. Experience in residential site execution and modular kitchens. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and perform site measurements. Knowledge of material billing, quotation checking, and technical detailing. Understanding of both 2D and 3D drawings. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage 3-4 projects simultaneously. Good command of the English language.
