Project Management Internship at Iraitech Innovations & Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Project Manager Intern to join our company to coordinate with internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with the project development team and other functional departments. He/she will have to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist team in preparing reports, proposals, and communication material Work closely with the software development team Monitor projects against targets and ensures that all projects are delivered on-time Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Prepare and assist in making changes to the project scope, project schedule, and documentation Coordination with internal team departments Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures You will also act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field. Any relevant project management-related experience. Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Preferred Qualifications : Working Knowledge of Agile Methodology Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skillsets.
