Job Description: Responsibilities of the Intern: Should manage end-to-end project deliveries. Collaborate with different stakeholders Participate in project estimation and manage the change of scope. Evaluate team competencies and create opportunities for growth. Manage project to ensure that the project remains within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality Provide decision-making authority across all technical and business process-related issues Manage scope to meet project deadlines Provide project reports through to Engagement Managers Identify team resources required in conjunction with all Engagement Managers Manage the project team Maintain resource capability across the project Manage project plan and schedule Promptly resolve project issues and remove associated project delays Requirements: Well-versed in at least agile project management methodologies. Excellent communication skills. Should be a technology enthusiast. Young, energetic and assertive. Should be a quintessential team man. Awareness of QA processes like acceptance criteria, test planning, test case execution, automation testing, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills MBA /BBA (Pursuing or completed)
