Project Coordinator at Riafy Technologies

Responsibilities Act as a primary communication point between clients and internal teams. Understand, structure, and communicate client requirements accurately. Coordinate tasks, meetings, timelines, and follow-ups across teams. Track project progress and identify delays, risks, or gaps early. Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on scope, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain project documentation, status updates, and follow-up records. Support day-to-day project planning and execution activities. Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership to keep projects aligned and progressing. Support project planning, task coordination, timeline tracking, and day-to-day execution. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to listen, summarize discussions, and convert them into actionable points. Good organization, prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, task trackers, and standard workplace tools. Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership. Fresher or early-career candidates are welcome. Prior project management or technical experience is not required. Training will be provided.
