Ladle Studio is our AI-first Product Design & Launch Studio - helping startups, enterprises, and institutions build AI-native products , go to market faster, and scale sustainably. We are looking for Program Manager Interns who want to operate at the intersection of product, growth, operations, partnerships, and AI innovation . This is not a passive internship. You'll be working closely with founders and core teams to build and scale a new business line from Day 0 . What you'll do: Support execution of ladle-Studio & manage end to end execution Coordinate with design, tech, and growth teams Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables Help with growth initiatives, partnerships, and outreach Support marketing activities (content, launches, campaigns) Assist founders in day-to-day strategic and operational work Drive the revenue growth and quately target Co-ordinate with recruitment team to scale the operations Who should apply: Students or recent graduates (tech, product, design, management backgrounds) Interested in startups, AI, SaaS, and product building Good communication & coordination skills Proactive, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
