Responsibilities of the Intern: Manage our new business divisions end-to-end (Marketing Services and Design Studio) Will have to manage operations of the vertical and drive the growth SHould work along with the hiring plans as required for the expansion and growth Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for stakeholders. Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making. Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. Gain experience in stakeholder management and communication.
