Responsibilities Support daily production activities across canopy manufacturing and assembly operations. Coordinate with supervisors, operators, procurement, and quality teams to maintain smooth workflow. Track production output, material usage, work orders, and process issues. Help identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity on the shop floor. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety practices, and quality standards. Assist with inspections, documentation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions when required. Requirements 0-1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, mechanical operations, or a related environment. Basic understanding of production processes, quality checks, workplace safety, and shop-floor coordination. Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work full-time from the Pune facility and collaborate effectively with production teams.
