Product Head at UCpro

About the Company: UCpro is seeking a Product Head to lead their product vision and execution. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with engineers, sales leaders, and customers to define sharp problem statements, develop bold roadmaps, and ensure the team ships with conviction. This role reports to the SVP of Product and Design. Responsibilities : Own all product areas, setting strategy, driving execution, and scaling impact. Define product vision and align Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales around clear priorities that translate into business outcomes and customer value. Ship high-impact solutions rapidly, balancing long-term platform thinking with the need for competitive velocity. Build and grow a high-performing Product Management team, fostering craft, accountability, and developing future product leadership. Translate customer needs into product decisions that improve retention, engagement, and revenue. Drive AI product direction across UCPro, integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows seamlessly. Define and uphold high standards for AI-powered experiences in communication and revenue tooling across the organization. Integrate insights from customer conversations, lost deals, and support tickets back into strategy to sharpen the roadmap. Requirements: 1+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS or platform products. 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers. Proven track record of building complex, multi-surface products with diverse stakeholders. Understanding of AI systems and their meaningful integration into product portfolios. Deep customer empathy and the ability to convert user needs into high-leverage product decisions. Strong operational rigor, demonstrating measurable improvements in quality, retention, and efficiency. Excellent judgment in knowing when to deep dive, delegate, or push back. A genuine commitment to developing team members and elevating the craft of product management.
