About this role
Responsibilities: Develop in-depth product knowledge across the Fluid Transfer Solutions portfolio. Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on application needs and industry standards. Prepare product pricing, cost estimates, and technical documentation to support commercial proposals. Provide technical support to Sales and Business Development teams during customer engagements. Develop and maintain product literature, datasheets, technical presentations, and application guides. Conduct internal product training sessions and technical knowledge-sharing programs. Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure technically compliant product selection and successful project execution. Monitor industry developments and recommend product improvements based on market feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Mechatronics, or Petrochemical Engineering. Strong engineering fundamentals with an understanding of fluid transfer systems and process equipment. 1-3 years of experience in Product Engineering, Application Engineering, Proposal Engineering, Technical Support, or a related role. Exposure to Loading Arms, Floating Suction Units, Flow Meters, Tank Equipment, or related fluid transfer solutions is preferred. Knowledge of product pricing, product applications, application engineering, technical support, product positioning, technical documentation, and product training. Technically curious with strong analytical skills. Passionate about engineered products and customer applications. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver technical training. Team player with an ownership-driven mindset.
