Procurement Executive at Architech Labs

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our procurement and purchasing activities. The role involves identifying suppliers, collecting quotations, comparing prices, coordinating with vendors, managing purchase documentation, and ensuring timely procurement of required materials and services. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors Collect and compare quotations, prices, and product specifications Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and terms Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and timelines Maintain procurement records, invoices, quotations, and vendor documents Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with internal teams to understand material/product requirements Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor databases Monitor inventory and procurement requirements Assist in reducing procurement costs and improving purchasing efficiency Ensure purchases meet required quality, quantity, cost, and delivery standards Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail and documentation Ability to communicate and coordinate with vendors Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Basic understanding of quotations, Purchase Orders, invoices, and vendor management Good to Have Knowledge of ERP/procurement software Understanding of Supply Chain Management Experience with vendor sourcing or purchasing Knowledge of basic inventory management Familiarity with cost comparison and procurement analysis Eligibility Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience can apply Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field Strong willingness to learn and take
