We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. Roles & Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers through outbound calls on leads generated by the company. Understand customer property requirements and qualify leads. Explain NoBroker's products and services to potential customers. Schedule property consultations or site visits for the sales team. Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and improve conversions. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and closure. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and lead conversion targets. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
