Pre Sales Executive at Leadrat RealEstate CRM

Leadrat Real Estate CRM is hiring a Pre-Sales Executive! Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify opportunities. Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions effectively. Manage and maintain the lead database using CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and follow-up on leads. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Communicate fluently and professionally in Hindi and English to engage customers effectively. Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience in the Real estate domain is a plus.
