Galvanize is hiring for the role of Pre Sales Executive! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Sales pitch and conversion: The applicant is expected to thoroughly understand the services provided by Galvanize Global Education and elaborate on the same to potential clients This is a B2C sales role with minimum to moderate contact with clients The number of calls will vary as per each client's requirements and will be monitored till a definitive answer is received Usage of social media: Reach out to the provided client list through social media that include but are not restricted to Whatsapp, Email, LinkedIn, Direct Calls and Telegram Be well-versed in the allotted or required social media Approach other members for occasional aid Targets and performance tracking: An applicant's performance will be tracked according to their efficiency in meeting their daily, weekly and monthly targets Their final performance will be assessed and provided as a report to them for self-reflection and development An average of 100+ calls a day would be assigned and a final update will be gathered Requirements: A candidate with 0-2 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in any field A candidate with true affiliation towards sales is appreciated The applicant is expected to have a substantial drive in meeting revenue targets We love a candidate who is willing to go an extra mile and embrace their roles and responsibilities Communication and other soft skills: The desired quality in a potential employee is excellent communication and the ability to fully understand the requirements of the clients and provide services accordingly They must be aware of how to deal with queries Their soft skills must include but not be restricted to good verbal English rendition, critical thinking, teamwork, healthy competitive spirit and professional etiquette Adaptability: The candidate must be able to adapt to any given situation and must be able to handle work in a high-influence scenario Their composur
