Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our educational offerings. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, supporting the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, responding to RFPs and RFQs with accurate and persuasive content. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position our solutions in the market. Provide technical and product support during the sales process, acting as a subject matter expert. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Requirements Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar client-facing role, preferably within the education or ed-tech industry. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Ability to understand technical product details and translate them into business benefits for clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
