About the Role: Metadata is looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates to join our Power Platform team as Technical Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career by working on enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for clients across the Middle East, India, and the USA. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and trained to build real-world CRM and business applications. Who Should Apply: A genuine passion for programming, computers, and emerging technologies, including AI and Copilot technologies. Working knowledge of any programming language such as C#, Java, C, or C++. Familiarity with HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript for front-end development. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid passport and willingness to travel onsite as and when required. Eagerness and commitment to learn Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Awareness of or interest in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform AI features. A GitHub profile, personal projects, or portfolio that demonstrates initiative and hands-on work. Open-source contributions are a plus. A team-player mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. A problem-solving attitude with a proactive and self-driven approach. The ability to understand and gradually take ownership of enterprise-level solutions and business needs. Good to Have: C# knowledge is an added advantage. AI certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent are an added advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools beyond core apps. Exposure to any CRM or ERP platform. Eligibility Criteria: Graduates or postgraduates with BCA, B.Sc., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. CS, or M.Sc. IT. Freshers only; no prior work experience required. Candidates with up to 2 backlogs may be considered.
