Responsibilities: Configure menu items, combo meals, modifiers, pricing, taxes, discounts, tenders, promotions Configure Revenue Centres, Order Type, Workstations, and Employees Set up and maintain EMC configuration, menu deployment, CAL packages, and reporting parameters Perform menu updates, price changes, promotional updates Configure printing, routing, payments, tax structures and outlet-specific settings Support deployment, installation, rollout, and go-live activities Coordinate with onsite/offsite teams and customer stakeholders Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Client-facing communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced support and implementation environments Willingness to work in shifts Willingness to travel for deployments if required
