Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, optimize & scale Google and Meta campaigns Manage lead generation, remarketing & customer acquisition campaigns Track and analyze CPL, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate & ROAS Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance Conduct market, competitor, audience & search-intent research Test creatives, audiences, offers, messaging & landing pages Work with Design, Content & Tech teams on creatives, tracking and conversion optimization Prepare performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting and campaign execution Requirements: Experience personally managing ₹3-4 lakh+ monthly ad spend Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Good understanding of ad creatives, funnels and conversion journeys Practical experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands Strong communication, ownership and execution skills
