The team values experimentation, accurate tracking, and practical marketing outcomes. Responsibilities Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Manage audience targeting, budgets, bids, creatives, and conversion goals to improve lead volume and campaign efficiency. Implement and validate tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related analytics workflows. Generate qualified leads, review campaign performance, and prepare clear reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with internal team to refine landing pages, messaging, funnels, and lead follow-up processes. Requirements: Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and lead-generation campaigns. Ability to interpret campaign metrics and make data-informed optimisation decisions. Strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables, and clear communication skills.
