Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across relevant audience segments and funnel stages. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key growth metrics. Develop creative strategies and collaborate on ad concepts, copy, formats, hooks, and testing plans for D2C audiences. Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding, and landing-page journeys. Prepare regular performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into clear action plans. Work closely with design, content, and business teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition. Requirements At least 1 year of experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns. Practical understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, tracking, attribution, and performance analysis. Strong interest in creative strategy, direct-response advertising, and D2C growth. Ability to interpret data, manage budgets responsibly, and communicate campaign learnings clearly. Comfort working in an in-office environment in Delhi with a collaborative, execution-focused team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an annual compensation range of ₹3.6-₹4.2 LPA for a candidate who can deliver disciplined campaign execution and continuously improve advertising performance for
