Patent Filing Associate at Stratjuris Law Partners

Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end handling of Indian and international patent and design portfolios. Reviewing client instructions, preparing legal forms, and filing applications with the Patent Office. Handling e-filings and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements of various patent offices. Following up with clients to resolve pending requirements and ensure timely progress. Coordinating with attorneys, inventors, and foreign associates for required documents and instructions. Managing deadlines and maintaining docketing records for filings, responses, and renewals. Monitoring application status and updating clients/attorneys on progress. Managing correspondence, including examination reports and official communications. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in patent filing and portfolio management. Educational background: BA/BCOM/MBA. Strong understanding of Indian and international patent and design laws and procedures. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing deadlines and documentation. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including clients, attorneys, and foreign associates.
