About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and connect with potential hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, and referral partners. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners. 3. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, Linkedin, and other channels. 4. Coordinate with partners to understand their services, specialties, pricing, and requirements. 5. Explore and develop new partnership and business opportunities. 6. Coordinate meetings, discussions, and partnership negotiations. 7. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, and opportunities. 8. Work closely with the Patient Care, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner coordination. 9. Follow up with partners regularly and ensure timely closure of discussions. 10. Track partnership performance and prepare basic reports and updates. 11. Support the team in developing new markets and expanding healthcare network.
