About this role
Role & responsibilities What Will You Do? As a Telecalling Intern, you will contact customers who have already submitted digital enquiries for vehicles, loans or related products. Your responsibilities will include Call customers who have submitted online enquiries. Understand their vehicle or finance requirements. Ask a few predefined qualification questions. Capture customer responses accurately. Update lead status and customer information in the CRM. Make calls using a dialler/mobile as per the assigned process. Follow the calling script and qualification process provided by VQualify. Maintain good calling quality and productivity. This is not cold calling to random customers. You will primarily be speaking with customers who have already shown interest by submitting a digital enquiry. Who Can Apply?
