Outreach Executive Internship at Ysquare Technology

Role Overview: At Ysquare, we empower businesses and founders to bring innovative digital products and platforms to life through design thinking and advanced technology solutions. We are looking for a confident, proactive, and highly communicative Outreach Executive Intern to join our growing team. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct regular outbound cold calls and introduce Ysquare's services. Initiate conversations, understand requirements, and identify potential opportunities. Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Schedule and coordinate client meetings with appropriate internal teams. Maintain CRM records for leads, client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Abilities: Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong client-handling, cold-calling, follow-up, and conversational skills. Confident, outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated personality. Comfortable speaking with new people without hesitation. Ability to handle rejection and objections positively. Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Target-oriented and result-focused approach. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and an interest in cold calling are welcome. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, cold calling, client coordination, customer relationship management, or similar roles are preferred. Full-Time Conversion: Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on their internship performance and interview evaluation.
