Outbound Sales Executive at Lyros Technologies

Lyros Technologies is hiring for an Outbound Sales Executive! Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the banking sector. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate product and service information, addressing client inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of mandatory outbound sales experience, preferably in banking sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to join immediately. Flexibility to work with one rotational week off. Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
