Manage and maintain operational data, reports, and dashboards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience. Monitor client requests and escalations and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records in CRM, Google Sheets, and internal tools. Track operational KPIs and support performance reporting. Identify operational gaps and assist in improving processes. Ensure timely execution of assigned operational tasks. What We're Looking For Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately. Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and operational tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
