Operations & Supply Chain Internship at Auric Lifestyle

Job Summary: The Partner Operations Intern will support the Operations team in managing day-to-day coordination with distributors and partners. The role will involve assisting with stock and price updates, purchase orders, dispatch coordination, operational trackers, and MIS reports. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and sharing daily stock reports with distributors and partners. Assist in sharing updated product price lists and pricing information with partners. Support the team in raising Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating internal processing. Assist in sharing dispatch details, shipment status, and delivery updates with partners. Support the team in day-to-day coordination with distributors and partners. Assist in handling partner queries and coordinating with relevant internal teams for resolution. Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Accounts teams as required. Assist in preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports. Maintain trackers for stock, POs, dispatches, pending orders, and partner requests. Support the team in identifying and escalating operational issues. Perform other operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Skills & Qualifications: Basic understanding of Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Basic knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables will be an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. KPIs: Accuracy and timely updating of stock and price information. Timely completion of assigned operational tasks. Accuracy and timely maintenance of trackers and MIS reports. Timely coordination for dispatch and partner requirements. Responsiveness to partner and internal team queries. Overall learning, ownership, and performance during the internship.
