Responsibilities of the Candidate: Assist in the development and refinement of business plans and operational strategies. Support in planning, executing, and monitoring various operational initiatives. Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management. Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows and processes. Help in organizing and coordinating team activities and meetings. Gather and analyze data to support decision-making in operations. Prepare reports and presentations on operational progress and findings. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. Identify potential operational risks and propose mitigation strategies. Participate in problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges. Requirements: This is a 6-month internship opportunity. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated ability in Business Planning to contribute to strategic operational development. Excellent Communication Skills are essential for effective collaboration and information dissemination within the team and with stakeholders. Proficiency in Project Management principles to support the execution of operational tasks and initiatives.
