Responsibilities Track learner performance and proactively engage with students to encourage consistent progress. Coordinate with Progression, Placement, and cross-functional teams to support smooth execution of operational processes. Communicate with learners and stakeholders through calls and other channels to resolve concerns and improve engagement. Review student feedback and course-related analytics, and share actionable observations for future improvements. Contribute to an exceptional learning experience and help strengthen batch performance and placement outcomes. Requirements Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore for a minimum duration of 3 months. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment with a proactive and execution-focused approach. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness to make calls, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹25,000. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to education operations, learner engagement, cross-functional coordination, and placement support.
