Role Description The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operational activities across inventory, order processing, packaging of order, customer support, handing returns & exchanges at Kaydot. This in office internship role is based in New Delhi and involves assisting with tracking stock levels, monitoring logistics, and ensuring smooth fulfillment of customer orders. The intern will help document processes, update operational reports, and support cross-functional communication between operations, sales, and customer support. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making. Effective English communication skills for clear, qualified interaction with internal teams and external partners. Fundamental understanding of operations management, including inventory, logistics, and process coordination. Basic project management skills to assist in planning, tracking, and executing operational initiatives. Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment. Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, project tracking tools).
