Requirements 1-2 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, fleet coordination, or a related field. Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. Comfort with maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and using standard office tools. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment. Ability to work from the Ankleshwar office and collaborate effectively with field and office teams.
