Operations Executive Location: Gurugram Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1- 3 years experience in Sales Coordination , Sales Operations, Tele-calling , Customer-service,or a similar role About the Role: We are looking for a Scheduler to manage and coordinate customer meetings and loan-related appointments for the field sales team. The role will involve coordinating closely with field staff, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and effective utilization of field resources. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and loan appointments for field sales staff. Coordinate with field executives to plan and manage their daily customer visits. Contact customers to confirm availability, appointment timings, and meeting details. Follow up with field staff on scheduled appointments and update the status of customer visits. Reschedule appointments based on customer or field staff availability. Maintain accurate records of scheduled, completed, cancelled, and rescheduled meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer visits and loan-related activities. Follow up on pending appointments and support the team in improving customer conversion and productivity. Requirement: Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Tele calling, Customer Service, or a similar role. Fluent in English and Tamil - both verbal and written communication. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to effectively coordinate with field sales staff. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and other office tools. Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities effectively.
