About this role
Core Responsibilities Team Leadership & Workflow Supervision: Direct daily operational activities, delegate tasks across the operations team, monitor team performance, and mentor staff on documentation standards. Documentation & Quotations: Accurate preparation of Air Waybills (AWB); drafting and issuing freight quotes based on clients inputs. Client & Vendor Coordination: Proactive follow-ups on pending quotes, bookings, and shipment tracking; acting as the liaison to resolve service issues. Business Generation: Telecalling and cold calling for new lead generation, client onboarding, and regular vendor communication. Compliance & CRM: Managing customer compliance, licensing, and documentation standards; updating internal records and CRM tracking daily/weekly. Required Skill Set Proven background in customer coordination, cold calling, or logistics operations (Import/Export/Freight Forwarding). Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi. Strong command over MS Excel, MS Word, and formal email etiquette. Excellent phone communication with active multi-tasking and follow-up capabilities.
